Return Policy

The Jessie Liu Collection team wants your shopping experiences on our online store to be pleasant ones leading to many return visits. We understand that at times something just may not work out as planned. In that event by following our return and shipping procedures listed on our website and completing this form you can take advantage of our 21-day return policy on all of our merchandise underscore.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order just return it along with this form for a full refund (less S/H charges as described in our return polices.) provided it has not been used or worn.

To receive full credit, refund or replacement value, please note:

• 1. Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt of goods.
• 2. Merchandise must be in original condition (i.e.tags attached, unworn, not damaged).
• 3. Sale merchandise is not returnable.
• 4. Merchandise will be credited at the original purchase price.

If you are attempting to return merchandise that is more than 30 days old, manufacturer defective, without tags, or damaged due to usage, unfortunately we will not be able to process the return per our policy.
